Technical Product Owner - Remote

Overview

Ruby Labs is looking for a Technical Product Owner to lead the development and rollout of our Payment Orchestration System, aligning engineering and integration efforts with our product strategy in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

In Short

• Lead the delivery of the Payment Orchestration System MVP.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Integration teams.
• Define and adapt Agile workflows.
• Manage and track work progress.
• Maintain product documentation and specifications.
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders.
• Champion Agile best practices.
• Support QA and UAT efforts.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in fintech or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and SDKs.
• Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Ability to write user stories and technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with PCI compliance and fraud prevention.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
