Overview

A Technical Product Owner with a solid technical background in backend systems and a clear understanding of modern software architecture is needed to bridge technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and outcomes throughout the development lifecycle.

In Short

Collaborate with engineers to translate technical requirements into deliverables.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Lead Sprint Planning sessions.
Define and verify the Definition of Done for features.
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate releases with DevOps and QA.
Drive continuous improvement in processes and collaboration.
Solid understanding of backend development and system architecture.
Experience with modern AuthN/Z concepts.
Hands-on experience as a Product Owner in agile teams.

Requirements

Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
Familiarity with cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication skills.
Structured and organized approach to work.
Able to manage multiple priorities.
Team-oriented with a servant leadership mindset.
Experience with Open Policy Agent or Keycloak is a plus.
Understanding of Test Automation is a plus.
Previous developer or architect experience is a plus.
Experience with legacy migration strategies is a plus.
