• Seeking a Senior Product Manager for a subscription-based SaaS product.
• Responsible for product strategy, growth initiatives, and performance optimization.
• Own the entire product lifecycle from marketing to feature development.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage the growth funnel.
• Focus on conversion optimization and improving subscription metrics.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee A/B testing and product performance improvements.
• Collaborate with a team primarily speaking Russian or Ukrainian.
• Ensure high-quality design standards and UI/UX consistency.
• Work within ± 4 hours of CET for optimal collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, particularly in B2C SaaS.
• Strong understanding of the product development process.
• Expertise in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
• Proven experience in managing product lifecycles and analytics.
• Strong leadership skills with cross-functional team experience.
• Solid UI/UX knowledge and experience.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian is a plus.
