Overview

Ruby Labs is hiring a Junior-Middle Data Analyst to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing team, working to create new reports and improve current reports to ensure safe, correct data for decision-making.

In Short

Work with various products and clients to build their future data environment.
Partner with Product Owners and Data Teams.
Control and monitor Marketing and Product metrics in Mixpanel and Tableau.
Create new reports and maintain high-quality event tracking.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
Use SQL to analyze data for reports and team requests.
Collaborate closely with the data team for consistency in reporting.

Requirements

Degree in Math, Data Science, or Economics.
1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Experience in Product Analytics.
Strong in SQL.
Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
