We're seeking a results-driven Google User Acquisition Manager at one of Ruby Labs' fastest-growing companies. You'll manage substantial advertising budgets across 30+ regions, optimizing Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns at scale.

• Experience with YouTube Ads is a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
• High-budget management experience ($100K+ monthly).
• Multi-GEO campaign management experience.
• Advanced analytical skills and data mastery.
• Comprehensive understanding of Google Ads account structure.
• Self-driven with a growth-oriented mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills.
