FourthRev is looking for a Media Coordinator who will play a key role in shaping how learners experience our products by ensuring the creation and delivery of high-quality multimedia content. This role requires a balance of creative production skills, strong organisational and project management capability, and a forward-looking interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and impact.

In Short

• Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers (LXDs) and internal teams to create engaging multimedia content.
• Review, edit, and evaluate the accuracy and quality of media assets.
• Manage the end-to-end production process for video, audio, and digital content.
• Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers and freelancers.
• Ensure media production complies with best practices in accessibility and inclusivity.
• Define project timelines, deliverables, and resources in a multiproject environment.
• Provide regular reports on media production status.
• Track and monitor production budgets.
• Drive initiatives to improve media production quality.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and adopt new tools.
