Presentation Designer - Remote

Overview

RR Donnelley is adding a Presentation Designer to their team, responsible for creating high-quality templates and presentations for high-level clients.

In Short

• Create templates, backgrounds, and presentations using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Produce pitch books and client memoranda.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects.
• Maintain job tracking data via RRD Tracking tool.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Train new employees on policies and procedures.
• Handle sensitive documents and information.
• Assist with monthly metrics and reporting.
• Work with motion graphics and multimedia when needed.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of professional presentation or graphic design experience.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Excellent design sense and awareness of trends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Experience with video/sound editing is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
