Expense Reporting Associate - Remote

Overview

Williams Lea is seeking an Expense Reporting Associate with strong experience in high-volume expense reporting to support a global legal client.

In Short

• Process, review, and reconcile employee expense reports.
• Ensure requests follow policy with proper documentation.
• Accurately enter and audit expense data.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Support vendor invoice processing and reimbursement requests.
• Partner with the team to meet deadlines.
• Work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
• Two remote days per week.
• Pay rate is $20/hour.
• Located in Columbus, OH or Wheeling, WV office.

Requirements

• 2+ years of expense reporting or accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency with Chrome River or similar systems.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Handle confidential information with care.
