Overview

The Director of Proposal Development plays a critical role in leading RQM+’s proposal development processes, ensuring seamless coordination across Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Operational teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field.
• 8-10 years’ experience in clinical research industry.
• Experience in pricing models and proposal strategy.
• Knowledge of Medtech, Pharma, and CRO Industries.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and communication skills.
• Proven track record of leading teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
