Overview

RPA is seeking an Assistant Media Planner to join the Digital Media Planning team on the La-Z-Boy and CoStar accounts. This role involves assisting the digital team on media planning, reporting, and coordinating across teams.

In Short

• Assist in day-to-day communication with internal and external teams
• Work alongside Digital Media Planner on campaign reconciliation and billing
• Compile specs and trafficking documents
• Participate in team brainstorms
• Collaborate with Planners for digital plan development
• Assist with creation of IOs
• Collaborate with internal teams to aggregate data
• Monitor campaign pacing

Requirements

• Basic math skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn various technology/software systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills
