RPA is seeking talented interns to join our "The Advertising Internship" Program for the Winter/Spring 2026 Semester. This internship provides an opportunity to experience the bold, creative, and collaborative culture at RPA, a leading independent advertising agency.

• Internship duration from January 19th to May 15th, 2026.

• Departments include Strategic Planning, Marketing Intelligence, Production, Media, Experience and Product Strategy, Account Management, Behavioral Science, and Public Relations.
• Pay is set at $18.00/hour, non-negotiable.
• Application deadline is open until 300 applications are received.
• Virtual phone interviews and a Prep Bootcamp will be part of the recruitment process.
• Finalists will be notified by November 24th, 2025.
