RP is seeking a Data Engineer to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role is ideal for a technical professional with expertise in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that enable secure, scalable, and efficient data integration. The Data Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring data is accessible, organized, and optimized for analysis.

This position is contingent upon the contract being awarded to RP Professional Services

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Develop ETL processes to support data integration across platforms and systems.

• Create documentation for data engineering processes, workflows, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing solutions.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
