RP is seeking a Data Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can oversee data governance, ensure data integrity, and manage data-related projects to support VA mission objectives. The Data Manager will play a key role in establishing data management processes, ensuring compliance with data standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to leverage data for decision-making.

This position is contingent upon the contract being awarded to RP Professional Services.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data management and governance.
• Strong understanding of data architecture and data integration processes.
• Experience with data quality controls and validation techniques.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance standards.
• Experience in a federal contracting environment is a plus.
• Relevant degree or certification in data management or a related field.
