Overview

The Bilingual Credit Management Resolution Officer acts as an RBC ambassador, delivering exceptional client experiences by offering financial advice and payment solutions. This role is focused on building client loyalty and trust while managing credit accounts.

In Short

  • Engage with clients through outbound calls regarding outstanding payments.
  • Educate and provide advice on credit solutions.
  • Negotiate tailored payment arrangements for overdue accounts.
  • Respond empathetically to client inquiries and offer solutions.
  • Resolve problems at first contact and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Support team results by assisting colleagues in meeting client needs.
  • Adhere to compliance routines and processes.
  • Work flexible shifts Monday to Saturday.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is required.
  • Experience in customer service and negotiation is a plus.

Requirements

  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Desire to create exceptional client experiences.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
  • Experience in a customer service role is nice-to-have.
  • Negotiation skills are beneficial.
  • Previous experience in a call center is preferred.
  • Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
