Analyst/Associate – Credit Transaction Management - Remote

Overview

As an Analyst/Associate in the Credit Transaction Management team, you will manage a portfolio of credit relationships and support the growth of the RECP loan book within the Global Credit division of RBC Capital Markets.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day loan positions within the RECP loan portfolio.
• Process drawdown requests and disbursements.
• Coordinate asset releases and review reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Policy.
• Conduct Annual Reviews of existing credit relationships.
• Maintain data integrity of credit agreements in the Bank’s systems.
• Engage with stakeholders including RECP and Group Risk Management.
• Support various Corporate Banking teams.
• Complete ad-hoc projects and present to stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
• Proven work experience in banking or corporate lending.
• Strong credit and analytical skills.
• Ability to read complex legal documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Motivated self-starter with a keen interest in corporate finance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
