Rover is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Recommendations team to help match pet parents with the best care providers, working on both backend and frontend development.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a professional software developer.
• Comfortable working across different parts of the stack.
• Familiarity with relational databases and schema design.
• Experience with automated testing and code quality.
• Ability to launch large scale projects from ambiguous problems.
• Experience with Python/Django, Elasticsearch, React/React Native is a plus.
• Experience in search or two-sided marketplaces is a plus.
