QSR Franchisee Advisor - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced QSR Franchisee Advisor to support Round Hill’s investments in the QSR sector, notably Smoothie King, with potential to extend to other QSR franchises. This remote role involves providing strategic guidance, operational support, and franchisee relations to ensure the success of our investments.

In Short

• Act as a trusted advisor to Round Hill as they operate and expand Smoothie King and other QSR locations.
• Support franchisees in driving sales and executing marketing campaigns.
• Assist with site evaluations, new franchisee onboarding, and training.
• Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards and operational guidelines.
• Provide regular performance reviews and recommend improvements to franchisee operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in franchise operations or consulting, preferably within the QSR industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work remotely while managing multiple relationships.
• Experience in P&L management and operational troubleshooting.
• A passion for the QSR industry and helping franchisees succeed.
