In Short

• Join the HR Analytics team to support HR reporting and data analysis.
• Work with HR data queries and ensure compliance with data privacy requirements.
• Assist in maintaining data quality through checks and audits.
• Help develop and maintain HR dashboards.
• Support the planning and implementation of automated BI solutions.
• Participate in the FTE forecast process.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills for data querying and analysis.
• Basic experience with databases, Excel queries, or PowerBI.
• Interest in HR topics and awareness of data protection regulations.
• Analytical thinking and structured working style.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
