Working Student Recruitment Coordination (all genders) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our Recruitment Coordinator in Krakow on a fixed-term base (3-9 months). In this role, you will assist with various recruitment tasks and help us attract the best talent for our offices across Europe.

In Short

• Assist with scheduling both onsite and virtual interviews.
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system.
• Support the Recruitment Coordinator with various administrative tasks.
• Help organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Great attention to details and prioritization.
