Overview

This position is for a working student in the HR Analytics Team at Roland Berger in Munich, focusing on HR reporting and data analysis.

In Short

• Creation of HR data queries and analyses
• Independent handling of HR data requests while ensuring data protection
• Support in ensuring data quality through checks
• Development and maintenance of HR dashboards
• Assistance in planning and implementing automated self-service BI data solutions

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Excellent Excel skills for data querying and analysis
• Initial experience with databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL), Excel queries (e.g., DAX), or PowerBI
• Interest in HR topics and awareness of data protection requirements
• Analytical thinking and structured working style
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
