• Manage the entire candidate lifecycle from initial screen to offer negotiation.

• Manage external recruiting agencies to meet high standards.
• Implement and analyze recruiting metrics for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record in sourcing and closing top GTM talent.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
