Affordable Lease-up Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Affordable Lease-up Coordinator is responsible for providing support to affordable lease-up properties through phone and email communication, assisting applicants, and managing inquiries.

In Short

• Provide phone and email support to affordable lease-up properties.
• Act as the first point of contact for prospects.
• Knowledgeable in max rent and income guidelines.
• Assist applicants with the application process.
• Review applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule tours or onsite application appointments.
• Process applications and submit to compliance.
• Complete daily and weekly reports.
• Maintain customer service and excellent relations with prospects.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Degree or GED.
• 1+ year in a professional office environment.
• Knowledge of Property Management desired.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good time management skills.
• Experience in residential real estate preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Yardi or Property Management software preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
