Roers Companies is seeking an energetic, dedicated professional to join our team as a Financial Systems Analyst.

In Short

• Responsible for configuration, support, optimization, and continuous improvement of core business systems.
• Primary focus on Yardi Voyager and related financial/operational platforms.
• Ensure system integrity and accurate data flow between platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial planning and operational efficiency.
• Manage system configuration, user setup, and ongoing maintenance.
• Assist in implementation of new software platforms and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support change management initiatives related to system improvements.
• Thrive in cross-functional collaboration and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting ERP or financial systems.
• Experience in real estate, property management, or accounting environments preferred.
• Experience with system implementations strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Strong documentation and process discipline.
• Ability to adapt as business needs evolve.
• Proactive in identifying system improvements.
• Strong vendor relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
