Technical Consultant, Global OEM - Remote

Overview

As a Global OEM Technical Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in industry applications and Rockwell Automation products to drive software adoption and support OEM customers.

In Short

• Provide technical consulting to OEM customers.
• Drive adoption of Rockwell Automation Software Suite.
• Conduct Proof of Concept programming and control system design reviews.
• Engage with sales teams to develop engineering standards.
• Manage customer expectations and gather product requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations at customer sites.
• Expand domain knowledge of OEM segments and solutions.
• Support application programming and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer solutions.
• Participate in factory acceptance testing and engineering support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• 8+ years of experience supporting OEM customers.
• 8+ years of experience in software sales or consulting.
• Strong C-Level customer engagement experience.
• Knowledge of industry strategies and best practices.
