Application Consultant - Remote

Overview

As an Application Consultant at Rockwell Automation, you will develop technical solutions and management processes to help manufacturers improve productivity and sustainability.

In Short

• Work remotely and report to the Application Consulting Manager.
• Lead business development and proposal definition in various industries.
• Analyze customer business goals and existing systems to recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to establish competitive positioning and pricing strategies.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships and account activities.
• Perform risk analysis and establish mitigation strategies.
• Review customer specifications for developing solutions.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• Requires Bachelor's Degree and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 years of experience in solution development and customer-facing roles.
• Experience with Rockwell Automation products and related industries.
• Ability to develop business strategies and proposals.
• Understanding of electrical drive systems and power distribution standards.
• Experience with project management and estimation tools.
• Ability to collaborate across teams for solution delivery.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in Pulp, Paper, and Converting industries preferred.
