Overview

The 2nd Shift Customer Service Advocate at Rockwell Automation is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to enhance the customer experience while working remotely.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Legal authorization to work in the USA.
  • 2+ years related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in evaluating customer experience.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple business systems.
  • Detail-oriented in documenting customer issues.
