Customer Service Advocates (CSAs) are a trusted resource for our Medi-Share program members and medical service providers who have questions or concerns related to the membership guidelines, provisions of the program, technical challenges, medical bills, and more.

• Now hiring Customer Service Advocates for a target start date of February 9th, 2026!
• The starting rate for this role is $19.25 per hour.
• Candidates must be located in an eligible state for employment.
• Office hours and shifts range between 8 am and 7 pm ET, Monday through Friday.
• CSAs exemplify a commitment to providing excellent service through technical proficiency and job knowledge.
• Essential skills include oral and written communication, critical thinking, and digital literacy.
• High school diploma or GED, and two years of customer service experience required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years of customer service experience in a relevant industry required
• Two years high volume contact center experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare, insurance or medical billing preferred
• Oral and written communication expertise
• Typing speed of 30 wpm or more
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Digital literacy including Microsoft Suite and Zoom
• Ability to work in a remote environment using multiple communications channels
