Overview

As a Leader in Global Delivery Excellence at Rockwell Automation, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a new global delivery model that enhances profitability, customer satisfaction, and efficiency across various regions.

In Short

• Design and orchestrate a new global delivery model.
• Work with leaders across various departments to improve delivery processes.
• Oversee the implementation of new standard global delivery strategies.
• Define workflows and tools to support the delivery model.
• Manage workforce requirements within a Global Capability Center (GCC) model.
• Lead change management efforts for the GCC model implementation.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to track benefits of the new delivery model.
• Achieve engineering blended rate and customer satisfaction goals.
• Provide operational direction to regional leaders.
• Ensure alignment between project management offices and GCC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• 12+ years of experience in engineering and delivery across multiple regions.
• Proven experience in managing matrix reporting teams.
• Financial and operational expertise in service and solution management.
• Strong negotiation skills with multi-stakeholder leaders.
• Experience in automation, engineering services, or manufacturing.
• Capability in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
