Overview

The Cybersecurity and Managed Services Consultant supports the Customer Success Management community and customers with technical expertise in cybersecurity and network solutions, driving successful adoption and expansion of Rockwell Automation services.

In Short

• Support the CSM community and customers in technical areas.
• Act as an offering expert for the CS community.
• Drive continuous improvement and customer journeys.
• Focus on cybersecurity and network design best practices.
• Identify expansion potential for additional products and services.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams.
• Maintain sales and customer relationship management data.
• Engage in formal and informal training opportunities.
• Travel to customers within assigned geography (30-40%).
• Work in a hybrid environment with specific office attendance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Legal authorization to work in the US or Canada.
• Experience in cybersecurity applications.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Strong solution and application expertise.
• 5+ years of customer-facing roles in technical sales.
• Understanding of the TSIA LAER model.
• Relevant ICS Security Certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of Cisco networking.
• Experience with Automation and Industrial Control Systems.
