Director of Public Policy, MENA - Remote

Overview

The Director of MENA Public Policy will develop and implement an engagement strategy with key policymakers, stakeholders, and opinion leaders across MENA, overseeing critical issues such as gaming, child safety, artificial intelligence, privacy, and consumer protection.

• Maintain and build relationships with regional policymakers and political figures
• Identify, monitor, and analyze policy issues affecting Roblox in MENA
• Develop and execute policy strategies around issues important to Roblox
• Assist the wider public policy team on ongoing projects and initiatives

• Articulate Roblox’s public policy positions and produce briefing papers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, or related field
• 10+ years of experience working with policymakers in MENA
• Deep knowledge of the MENA policymaking process
• Experience in intelligence collection, strategy development, project management
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
