CX Content Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a CX Content Specialist at Roadie, you will play a critical role in developing, organizing, and maintaining high-quality internal and external content that supports the Customer Experience (CX) team, our customers, and cross-functional partners.

In Short

• Create and refine CX content that aligns with Roadie’s voice and style.
• Audit internal and external Salesforce content for accuracy and relevance.
• Translate process maps and workflows into clear guides.
• Partner with Product and Marketing teams for up-to-date resources.
• Work with the Legal team for content approvals.
• Organize incoming content requests based on urgency and deadlines.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables based on KPIs.
• Maintain CX team macros for standardized communication.
• Optimize the knowledge base’s search experience.
• Provide updates to CX Enablement leadership on content initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Technical Writing or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content development.
• Experience with content management systems, Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to convey technical knowledge engagingly.
• Problem-solving skills with patience and persistence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to produce accessible content for various audiences.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
