Requirements

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required.
• Newly graduated RNs with LPN experience may qualify.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is a plus.
• Compassion and commitment to patient care are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours and rotating shifts.
• Must be able to float to various clinics if needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to quality improvement initiatives.
• Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
