Rivia Mind Psychotherapists provide clinical social work services and psychotherapy to patients through a primarily telehealth environment. Our practice leverages clinical experience and a diverse knowledge base to provide quality care and reliable service.

In Short

• Provide clinical social work services and psychotherapy through telehealth.
• Utilize expertise in Psychotherapy modalities (CBT, MI, DBT, etc.).
• Participate in supervision groups and training.
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Provide clinical support and counseling to diverse patient populations.
• Maintain a consistent weekly patient care schedule.
• Comply with clinical standards and documentation requirements.
• Promote a friendly work culture and collaborative environment.
• Participate in organizational meetings and training.
• Work in a remote setting with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Master's in Social Work or related behavioral health graduate degree.
• CT State Licensure as an LCSW or LPC.
• Newly licensed or up to 5 years of experience.
• Experience in Long-Term Outpatient Care.
• Ability to independently diagnose and provide psychotherapy.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience working with couples is a plus.
• Proficient with technology platforms and EHR systems.
• Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude required.
