Execution Planner in Industrial and Commercial Construction (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

A nationwide general contractor with over 100 years of history and a revenue volume of around 30 million is looking for you as reinforcement in execution planning. The core business is the planning and turnkey realization of commercial buildings of all sizes from office buildings to aircraft hangars. Particularly exciting are the projects that involve sustainable repurposing and multiple uses.

In Short

• You will be responsible for the independent and timely processing of the performance phases 1–7 of HOAI in the field of structural engineering, especially industrial and commercial construction.
• You will also create design, approval, and execution planning.
• You will prepare execution documents, performance specifications, and participate in the awarding process.
• You will coordinate and communicate with all project participants, including specialist planners, external consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
• You will review and approve work and assembly plans from external execution companies.
• You will manage internal planning processes and ensure the legally compliant implementation of planning specifications.

Requirements

• You have a completed degree in civil engineering or architecture.
• You have several years of professional experience in the planning department of an architecture firm or construction company.
• You possess good CAD skills and have experience with tendering software.
• You are proficient in the common MS Office applications.
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written (at least C1) as well as solid English skills (at least B2).
• You have a driver's license of class B.
