As a Senior Systems Engineer, you are responsible for working closely with business stakeholders across the company as well as other IT team members to continuously improve technology and internal processes.

In Short

Installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining operating systems.
Support end-users and manage escalations.
Evaluate and manage IT vendor relationships.
Write and maintain custom scripts for automation.
Provide senior-level technical support and mentoring.
Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents.
Design and maintain best practices for system monitoring.
Establish relationships with key technology stakeholders.
Manage complex projects and ensure compliance with standards.
Monitor emerging technologies and industry news.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in an enterprise environment.
Experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux in a cloud-first IT environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Management systems and IDaaS technologies.
Experience with automation and configuration management tools.
Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell and Python.
Experience with monitoring and alerting systems.
Experience with IaaS such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
