Talent Sourcer (iGaming) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer (iGaming) for a 1-2 months contract to join our global team and help us bring exceptional talent onboard to enhance our customers' experience.

In Short

• Source candidates for a wide range of vacancies, including technical, marketing, and non-technical positions in Asia region.
• Use a variety of tools and platforms to identify and engage with top talent.
• Work closely with recruiters.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming recruitment.
• Proven track record of successful placements of Korean and Japanese candidates.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
