Overview

We are seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer (iGaming) to join our global team and help us bring exceptional talent onboard to enhance our customers' experience.

In Short

• Source candidates for a wide range of non-tech vacancies;

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming recruitment is a must;
• Proven track record of successful placements of non-tech candidates;
• Good communication skills in English and Ukrainian;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously;
• Experience using ATS and other recruitment tools;
• Proven track record of using a variety of sourcing tools;
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
