Senior Automation QA Engineer (E-commerce, Marketplace) - Remote

Overview

We are preparing for launch and building a world-class product team. To strengthen our platform’s quality, we are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or gaming platforms.

In Short

• Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for web and backend systems.
• Design, set up, and maintain the test automation framework.
• Ensure product quality across user flows.
• Define and maintain test documentation in QASE.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Use Postman and Swagger for API testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers.
• Identify risks and suggest improvements to QA processes.
• Own the QA process end-to-end.

Requirements

• 4+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in relevant fields.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and bug tracking tools.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL for database validation.
• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of payment flows and order management systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Russian and English.
