Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Systems & Compliance Administrator to maintain a secure, reliable, and compliant IT environment that drives operational efficiency.

In Short

• Manage employee device lifecycle and ensure compliance.
• Administer user provisioning, SSO settings, and MFA enforcement.
• Lead troubleshooting for IT issues and maintain documentation.
• Own quarterly User Access Reviews and vendor security compliance.
• Maintain SOC 2 compliance evidence and manage security incidents.
• Continuously identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Develop actionable plans with minimal supervision.
• Track progress and communicate updates to leadership.
• 3+ years experience with Google Workspace and Apple Business Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience administering Google Workspace, Apple Business Manager, and Jamf.
• Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts.
• Proficiency in writing queries, scripts, and automations.
• Ability to explain complex technical problems clearly.
• Strong eye for identifying workflow improvements.
• Continuous learner about emerging technologies and compliance.
• Practical knowledge of compliance standards like SOC 2.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to clear documentation and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent.
