IT Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a proactive, people-first IT Systems Administrator to manage our modern, cloud-first infrastructure. As our team is largely dispersed, your primary mission is to ensure that "it just works," whether someone is logging in from their home office in California or our headquarters in Beverly, MA.

In Short

• Manage and optimize our cloud-based tech stack for a hybrid workforce.
• Maintain local network and hardware systems at multiple locations.
• Administer user identities and secure access to company resources.
• Automate deployment, imaging, and security patching of devices.
• Host training sessions and create documentation for employees.
• Act as the primary admin for various SaaS tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years in an IT Admin or Systems Engineer role.
• 5+ years in Help Desk troubleshooting.
• Deep experience with Google Workspace, JumpCloud, and Jamf preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to visit the Beverly, MA office regularly.
