Head of FP&A - Remote

Overview

The Head of FP&A will work alongside the CFO to enhance reporting and forecasting of business results in a fully remote role.

In Short

• Manage the annual budgeting cycle and regular forecasting.
• Work with departmental leads to set assumptions and build financial plans.
• Develop key performance indicators measuring the financial health of the company.
• Benchmark company results against SAAS metrics.
• Analyze actual results vs budget/forecast and identify trends.
• Mentor and develop the Subscription Operations Specialist team.
• Drive efficiency and accuracy in subscription operations processes.
• Stay current with technology and trends to improve processes.
• Ensure a culture of trust, transparency, and accountability.
• Provide insightful commentary to the leadership team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A role.
• 2+ years of FP&A experience in a SAAS company in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
• Knowledge of accounting concepts and IFRS standards.
• Understanding of SAAS metrics and risk identification.
• Experience with financial modeling and profitability analysis.
• Strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information.
