The FP&A Principal is a key member of the Risant Health Finance team, playing a critical role in driving financial performance analysis and strategic decision-making.

• Lead complex financial analyses and develop financial models.

Requirements

• 8 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience.
• 2 years of experience interacting with senior leadership.
• 2 years supervising junior analysts.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Financial Planning and Analysis certification preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems.
• Experience in healthcare financial management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
