• Responsible for sourcing workers and reviewing resumes in the oil and gas industry.
• Work closely with the recruiting team to build and maintain a pipeline of workers.
• Manage high-volume recruiting demands efficiently.
• Collaborate with sales partners to execute recruiting priorities.
• Support the Workforce team in responding to client requests.
• Provide market trends and insights to inform clients.
• Strive to understand the oil and gas business.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.
• Flexible availability to address client needs.
• Exceptional communication skills required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a customer or client-facing role.
• 3+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Experience working with sales teams.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using multiple computer platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Responsiveness and flexibility in client interactions.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Experience in a dynamic environment preferred.
