Senior Analyst, Rebates - Remote

Overview

The Senior Analyst, Rebates plays a critical role in driving data-informed strategies within the organization. This role is responsible for performing analytics on pharmacy claims data, interpreting rebate trends, and evaluating client-level rebate performance to support strategic decision-making.

In Short

• Establish, maintain and support automated systems and processes.
• Analyze pharmacy claims data to identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for savings or program improvement.
• Generate standard and ad-hoc reports for internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and PBM best practices.
• Evaluate rebate guarantees and performance for clients.
• Monitor drug utilization and formulary compliance.
• Develop reports to communicate rebate performance metrics.
• Support underwriting and client pricing teams.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Client Services.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematical, statistical, financial, or applied science discipline strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years’ relevant rebate or finance experience.
• Financial and statistical reporting knowledge.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented perspective.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
