Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a health plan or PBM contact center.
  • Detail-oriented and empathetic with strong communication skills.
  • Prior experience in problem-solving and managing change.
