Overview

Right Side Up is hiring a Senior Designer (Contract) to support a high-impact, design-forward team at a leading financial technology company. In this role, you’ll work on integrated campaigns, brand activations, and social content that bring the brand’s mission to life.

In Short

• Design across multiple formats including social, display, landing pages, and product visuals
• Support concept development for brand and campaign work
• Ensure design consistency while pushing the creative boundaries of the brand
• Collaborate with writers, motion designers, and marketing stakeholders
• Contribute to a fast-moving team with fresh perspectives
• 5–7+ years of design experience required
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, brand, and campaign work
• Mastery of typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Experience with product marketing and visual storytelling
• Bonus: Experience in financial services or in-product design

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of design experience in a brand, in-house, or agency environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, brand, and campaign work
• Mastery of typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Experience working within and evolving brand guidelines
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Excellent communicator and team collaborator
• Experience with product marketing and visual storytelling around product features
• Bonus: Experience in financial services or in-product design
