Senior Designer (Contract) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Designer is an integral part of the team and helps to provide support to one of its major clients. You will design experiences that set the standards for others to follow through conceptual direction, production, sketching, prototyping, and planning.

• Collaborate with a team of 15+ creatives, working remotely (PST hours).
• Contribute to the design and production of large-scale digital projects.
• Build presentations within Figma and Google Docs.
• Acts as a leader and a team player.
• Bring business strategy to creative execution.
• Responsible for bringing fresh perspectives to the team.
• Work with minimal processes to solve problems.
• Collaborate to exceed client expectations.
• Support and grow in the role by proposing ideas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in design, visual arts or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in design and interactive work.
• High level of mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of visual design and user-centered experience design.
• A love for typography and traditional graphic design.
• Ability to build presentations and present to stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High level of problem-solving ability.
• Professional demeanor in a creative culture.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations.
