Right Side Up is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing Consultant with extensive experience in programmatic media buying and performance marketing. The consultant will be responsible for both strategy and execution across various digital channels.

• Own strategy and execution across DV360, YouTube, display, and video channels.
• Manage campaign setup, optimization, pacing, targeting, and budget allocation.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in programmatic media buying or performance marketing.
• Hands-on expertise in DV360, YouTube, and PMP buying.
• Strong understanding of programmatic infrastructure and platform operations.
• Experience managing large programmatic budgets.
• Ability to operate directly in-platform.
• Analytical mindset with experience in optimizing media programs.
• Familiarity with mobile app acquisition and MMPs.
• Prior experience in consumer technology or mobile app environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced environments.
