Aventon is the first e-bike company designed for the real world, producing versatile and inclusive products. The Field Sales Representative works under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager to provide best-in-class experience to partner bike shops.

In Short

  • Learn the Aventon brand product line and reach out to partners.
  • Document feedback from onsite visits and develop solutions.
  • Reinforce dedication to partnerships with bike shops and outdoor brands.
  • Establish new partnerships and maintain existing relationships.
  • Enter sales orders and track fulfillment progress.
  • Proactively maximize partner experience and revenue.
  • Provide ongoing training to partners' teams.
  • Generate revenue to meet sales goals.
  • Bring partner feedback to leadership for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or retail customer service preferred.
  • Knowledge of e-bikes is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable with office applications and internet-savvy.
  • Motivated self-starter with proactive attitude.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with significant phone interaction.
  • Demonstrated follow-through and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel 90% of the time.
