Node.js Developer - Remote

Skubbs Private Limited is looking for a competent and motivated junior-level Node.js developer to join our software development team!

In Short

• Develop and execute scalable APIs and applications using the Node.js framework.
• Create high-performance, efficient web applications that can handle large amounts of data and traffic.
• Work on building back-end applications that power web and mobile applications.
• Develop and implement complex Node.js applications to the cloud infrastructure.
• Design and maintain scalable and efficient APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
• Write efficient, transparent, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and product owners.
• Participate in performance optimization and tuning of existing applications.
• Ensure adherence to privacy and security standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in Node.js development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Node.js application development.
• Familiarity with front-end JavaScript web technologies such as ReactJS, NextJS, or AngularJS is a plus.
• Experience with web development frameworks, such as Express.js.
• Experience with MongoDB, mySQL, RestAPI, JavaScript/Typescript, Tailwind, and CSS.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and DevOps principles.
• Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure, such as AWS or Azure.
• Passionate about programming and solving problems.
• Working knowledge of test-driven development (TDD).
• Have a working laptop and strong internet connection.
